User Research Study: Help improve a government jobs website
We are working to improve a government website that helps people find and apply for jobs. We are running user research to better understand how people search for and use job information online, and how we can make the experience clearer, easier, and more accessible.
Your feedback will directly inform improvements to the design and usability of the website. What’s involved
If you take part, you will join two online sessions:
Tech check (30 minutes)
A short session to check your device, internet connection, and audio/video setup before the main session.
User feedback session (1 hour)

- Explore a government jobs website with a researcher
- Complete realistic job-search tasks
- Share your thoughts and feedback as you go
- Discuss what works well and what could be improved
- There are no right or wrong answers. We’re interested in your real experience.
When the sessions will take place
All sessions will be held online via Microsoft Teams.
